Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the SignSafe Tech platform, website, QR-code creation services, and any related products or features, whether under a free trial or a paid subscription (collectively, the “Service”). By creating an account, using the Service, or accessing any content provided by SignSafe Tech, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Service. You represent and warrant that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up-to-date.
2. Accounts and Access
2.1 Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, all activity that occurs under your account, and ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or suspected breach.
2.2 Users & Roles
If you invite additional users (employees, contractors, etc.), you are responsible for their actions on the platform.
3. Service Description
SignSafe Tech provides tools to manage and host QR-enabled signage; deliver multilingual translations and text-to-speech audio; provide sign insights, analytics, reporting, and accessibility features; and manage customer accounts, signage data, and content. We may update or modify the Service at any time.
4. Trial Accounts
4.1 Trial Period
Unless otherwise specified, the trial period lasts 14 consecutive days starting on the date you create your trial account. Trial accounts are provided at no cost for evaluation purposes.
4.2 Trial Limitations
Trial accounts are limited to 2 active QR codes unless explicitly expanded by SignSafe Tech. Additional restrictions may apply to translation volume, audio usage, analytics frequency, or storage.
4.3 Trial Expiration
When the trial ends, your access may be suspended or terminated, and your QR codes may stop functioning. Content generated during the trial may be deleted after a brief retention period. You will not be charged unless you upgrade to a paid plan.
5. Subscription Plans and Billing
5.1 Fees
Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Pricing and plan details are available on our website.
5.2 Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date or specified otherwise.
5.3 Payment Terms
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable subscription fees, taxes, and charges.
5.4 Refunds
Except where required by law, all fees are non-refundable.
5.5 Plan Changes
Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal period.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose
- Upload malicious code or content, or attempt to disrupt the platform
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or extract data from the Service
- Attempt to bypass account limits or create multiple trial accounts
- Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringing
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
7. Customer Content
7.1 Ownership
You retain all rights to the content you upload. We do not claim ownership.
7.2 License to Us
By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display your content; generate translations, analytics, audio files, or QR codes; provide support or troubleshooting; and improve Service features in an aggregated, anonymized form. We never sell or share customer content with third parties outside what is needed to operate the Service.
8. Service Availability
We aim to maintain reliable uptime, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime, delays, or data loss.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service may integrate with third-party tools such as translation providers, email delivery, or hosting platforms. You acknowledge that third-party terms may apply and that we are not responsible for those providers.
10. Data Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent or abusive behavior, attempt to circumvent trial restrictions, or fail to pay subscription fees. You may terminate your account at any time.
12. Intellectual Property
All Service components, including software, designs, logos, features, and content created by the platform, are owned by SignSafe Tech and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SignSafe Tech is not liable for loss of revenue, profits, data, or business; service interruptions or downtime; misuse or unauthorized access to your account; or third-party service failures. For paid accounts, our total liability will not exceed the amount paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SignSafe Tech harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
16. Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the Service means you accept the revised Terms.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
